By using vaultagents.ai or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because that's how I write everything else.

1. What VaultAgents is

VaultAgents sells a live workshop, downloadable templates, and educational content about running AI agents inside an operator vault. It is education and a methodology. It is not a SaaS product, not legal advice, not financial advice.

2. Workshop terms

• Seat: When you buy a seat, you get access to the live session, the recording, and the materials.
• Refunds: Full refund up to 48 hours before the workshop. Non-refundable once you have the replay and downloads.
• Resale: You may not resell, repackage, or rebrand the workshop or its materials as your own paid product without written permission.
• Use of the method: You can absolutely use VaultAgents methodology to build systems for your own clients. That's the point.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, code in templates) is owned by Guy Leon unless otherwise stated. Free downloads are licensed for personal/business use. You can modify them for your own work. You cannot redistribute them as your own product.

4. No warranty

VaultAgents is provided "as is". I share what works for me. Your results depend on your business, your effort, your judgment. I make no guarantees about specific revenue, time savings, or business outcomes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of vaultagents.ai is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

6. AI tools

VaultAgents teaches you to use third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.). Those tools have their own terms. You're responsible for complying with them.

7. Termination

We can suspend access if you abuse the materials, attempt fraud, or violate these terms. You can stop using the site any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in courts in Pinellas County, Florida.
