Three downloads, all walked through in the Setup Guide: Claude Code, Obsidian, and the developer utilities Claude needs (Git + Node).
It takes about thirty minutes. It is not as technical as it sounds — most of it is "click download, click install." But it does sound technical until you do it. The guide breaks every step into plain English.
If you do not install before the workshop, you will not be able to build along live. Please do not leave this for the last ten minutes.
Download the Starter Pack, unzip it, open the folder in Claude Code, and type:
read MEMORY.md and tell me what's inside
If Claude lists the six folders and the agent files, you are ready. If it cannot, ping me and we will fix it before the workshop. Better an email today than thirty minutes of frustration on Monday.
Not a hypothetical. We build your first client folder live with this one. So it is usable on Monday.
You will spot a workflow you do every week and want to capture it. Quick glance at the week, write the file, done.
The repeat tasks. The "I keep meaning to..." items. The reports you write Friday night. These are the highest-leverage candidates for agents.
